Blazusiak – "It’s time to go racing!"

KTM Enduro Factory Team rider Taddy Blazusiak heads back into competition this coming weekend as the 2013 Geico AMA EnduroCross Championship returns to action on September 21, in Ontario, California.
Following a lengthy three-month break between rounds two and three of the series, Blazusiak – the defending and four-time champion – is eager to get his title winning aspirations back on track.
“I’m really pumped to get back racing again – it’s been too long,” told Blazusiak. “After a difficult start to my year due to injuries carried over from the SuperEnduro World Championship I feel like I’m on top form again. It was frustrating to miss out on winning a race during the first two rounds of the season but I’m using that as motivation to get back on top this weekend.”
After a difficult start to his season, when he placed second and fourth at the opening two rounds of the series, the Polish rider is back up to full fitness and brimming with confidence. Claiming a coveted EnduroCross Gold Medal at the final stop of the X Games World Tour in Los Angeles, Blazusiak is confident that he can use that momentum to get the second half of his championship off to a solid start.
“I know my speed is good – I proved that in LA – and we’ve worked hard on making my bike even better, so I’m excited to get behind a starting gate again.
“With five races in nine weekends it’s definitely going to be a tough stretch of racing, but I’m 100 per cent on winning this championship again – it’s time to go racing!”
With the five remaining rounds of the series to be staged over a compacted nine- week schedule, Blazusiak has high hopes of regaining his winning stride this weekend in Ontario.
Round three of the AMA EnduroCross Championship takes place in Ontario, California on Saturday September 21.
