24 hours – that’s a long time on an enduro bike. We can only imagine the saddle sores after that stint. But last weekend at the annual Langensteinbach 24-hour in Germany, hundreds of competitors braved the monkey-butt for an epic day of racing. With temperatures soaring during the day, the dust and heat made it one of the toughest in recent times.

The pace was hot and frantic from the off
As dusk set in it gave a welcome relief from the heat
