Kurt genuinely was one of the very best. To those lucky enough to know him he was so much more than just the life loving ‘American off-road motorcycle racer’ with a beaming smile and incredible bike skills. He was a great guy to know and a great guy to be around. And pretty amazing to watch ride, too. Kurt’s passing on November 15, 2013 was a dark, dark day for our sport and an incredibly painful one for those who knew him…
