With just 10 days to go until the opening round of the 2014 Enduro21.com ACU British Sprint Enduro Championship gets underway in Canada Heights the big news is that Bel-Ray Husqvarna Factory Racing’s Pela Renet will take to the start line.
Renet, the 2012 Enduro 2 World Champion, will take part in a one-off guest ride with the British based Freestyle Husqvarna team.
Freestyle – who took Finland’s Matti Seistola to the BSEC title last year – were quick to act when Renet showed an interest in the series and have secured is services for the first two rounds in Canada Heights on March 22/23.
Competing against a whole host of British talent, including Danny McCanney, Tom Sagar, Jamie Lewis, Steve Holcombe, Brad Freeman and Jack Rowland, the series opener is looking very promising indeed.
Enduro21 will have a full 2014 BSEC series preview early next week…
