Alex Salvini has crashed out of EWC GP of Greece with suspected broken collarbone.
News is beginning to filter through the EWC paddock here in Kalambaka that defending Enduro 2 Alex Salvini has broken his collarbone.
It takes a lot to keep a rider like Salvini down, but a crash on the cross test whilst leading E2 forced him out of the race.
After finally getting back on winning form – having struggled through the first two rounds of the series with a broken thumb – this is pretty crappy news for the Italian.
Fingers crossed he’s still in one piece. We’ll bring more information on this when we get it….
