
With the opening round of the Spanish Enduro Championship run in conjunction with the European Enduro Championship it was KTM’s duo of Ivan Cervantes and Cristobal Guerrero that ruled the roost in the domestic series.
On day one, Guerrero secured the overall win beating Cervantes by 14 seconds. With Cervantes second, Mario Roman (Husqvarna) delivered an impressive result to take third.
On day two, Cervantes turned the tables on his teammate and clinched the outright win. Shuffling Guerrero back to second, the KTM pairing finished over 20 seconds clear of Sherco mounted Lorenzo Santolino.
