COMA TO TWO OR FOUR WHEELS IN DAKAR 2016?

Fresh off his fifth Dakar Rally win, Marc Coma has let slip whether it’s going to be two or four wheels in 2016…

…And it’s bad news for his two wheeled competitors.

With speculation growing about whether Marc Coma would follow guys like Stephane Peterhansel, Nani Roma and Cyril Despres into cars, the Spaniard has confirmed he’s throwing his leg over a bike for at least one more year.

“We’ve celebrated the annual KTM meeting in Mattighofen,” commented Marc on Instagram.

“From now on we will work to defend our Dakar and Rally Raid titles. I am really proud and full of energy to face this new challenge together with KTM.”

So with Coma at the helm it seems it’s already full steam ahead for KTM as they chase down that elusive 15th consecutive Dakar Rally win in 2016.
