CDR Yamaha Off Road racer Daniel Milner has claimed his second major title of 2013, winning the Australian Off Road Championship at the season ending Dungog event.

The 22-year-old entered round 11 with a comfortable points’ margin over his nearest rival and needed only a smart and safe day at the penultimate round to clinch the series. Not satisfied to just ride around, Milner won the day Outright and locked up the championship by claiming both Outright honours as well as the Enduro 1 class.

The 2013 season has proven to be a sensational year for Milner and his CDR Yamaha team, taking both major off road championships, the AORC and the A4DE.

“It’s been an amazing year for me and the CDR Yamaha Off Road team,” Milner said. “To win this championship on top of the A4DE has realised our goals when we first sat down at the start of the year and mapped out our plan.

“CDR Yamaha has been fantastic this year and it’s been a pleasure to work with such a professional team. I can’t thank them enough as well as my family and friends who have supported and encouraged me this season. This championship means a lot to me and I’m pretty pumped about it.”
