EXTREME MEETS EWC AT ‘THE WALL’

Debuting on August 30 in Italy, The Wall Extreme Enduro will see extreme specialists Graham Jarvis and Jonny Walker fight against Enduro World Champions Alex Salvini and Johnny Aubert.

The Wall Extreme will be held for the first time in the Metzeler Offroad Park of Pietramurata, northern Italy. It’s going to be one of the rare instances where extreme enduro specialist Graham Jarvis will battle head to head with the stars of the Enduro World Championship.

More familiar to hanging around with the likes of Salvini and Aubert after giving the EWC GP of France a go in 2013, Jonny Walker has confirmed his participation to the event too. From the part of extreme enduro professionals, Husqvarna’s Alfredo Gomez will also line up at the start of The Wall.

The event will feature a format similar to Italy’s famous Hell’s Gate extreme enduro, with a morning qualification session and the afternoon finals. The number of riders allowed to enter is limited to 150.

There’ll be a motocross and an enduro special tests and three laps in total for the morning qualification session. Riders with best times will progress to the afternoon session. The Main Event will see the best 10 riders competing in an extreme test inside the Metzeler Offroad Park late in the afternoon.
