Ladies British Trials Championship Rounds 3 and 4 – 13th/14th July 2013
The ‘Double Header’ British Championship weekend would see the Ladies in action on the Saturday at Clun in Shropshire and on Sunday at Bracken Rocks near Matlock. In intense heat on both days Emma Bristow took good solid wins on the MRS Sherco to open up a significant lead in the championship table.
Emma Bristow“I have ridden well all weekend and the despite the very hot conditions the MRS supported Sherco has run like a dream allowing me to open up a good lead in the championship”.
“On Saturday in the heavily wooded area where the event was based I opened up a good advantage parting with only two marks on my opening lap and I carried this form through-out the event to finish with a healthy winning margin”.
“Bracken Rocks on Sunday is always a tough venue on the demanding rocks but once again riding the hazards first in front of my fellow competitors I stamped my authority on the event on the opening lap finishing with a ten mark advantage at the finish to further increase my championship lead”.
“I have had fantastic support from the team in the very hot conditions and I would like to thank them for keeping me focussed and my team sponsors for supplying the best products”.
