Matt Phillips To Contest Australian Four-Day Enduro

Enduro Junior World Championship leader Matt Phillips has signed up to compete in next week’s Australian Four Day Enduro.
The event, which is the most prestigious race on the Australian enduro calendar and will see Phillips square up against over 250 riders as he bids for the win with Husqvarna.
This year will mark the 35th edition of the A4DE, which will be held in Harvey, Western Australia.
As the current leader of the EJ category in the EWC, Phillips is a rider that is very much on top form. With a healthy 29-point lead in the EWC, Phillips is hungry to transfer that speed back to his domestic racing duties and bids for the win in the A4DE
“I am going in with the intention to win the 2013 A4DE for Husqvarna,” confirmed Phillips. “With that in mind it’s all about finishing healthy for me so I can continue my world championship pursuit to become the next Australian Enduro World Champion. I’m really excited to race in WA and look forward to working with the team.”
The A4DE takes place in Harvey, Western Australia from July 17-20.
