Benefits of using the Michelin Enduro Comp range
Equipping your bike with any of the Michelin Enduro Competition range will give you the benefits of a multiple World Championship winning tyre design, whilst having the perfect Michelin Bib Mousse fitment , specifically designed for that tyre
Versatility is a key attribute of both Enduro Comp 3 & 6; features such as tall tread blocks and improved braking stability allow the bike to give its optimal performance all year round, on any type of ground.
“Enduro Comp 6 is considered the best choice for a stable, more comfortable ride.”
Enduro Comp 4 & MS are front tyres that help the rider tackle even the sharpest of corners with ease and control. With Comp 4 at peak efficacy on slippery ground and Comp MS at its prime in dry hardpack conditions, these tyres can take on any surface whatever the weather.
When to use Enduro Comp tyres
The tyre patterns have been developed and tested at World level by almost all of the factory Enduro race teams from 125 cc up to 500cc whatever off-roading you do, there is a tyre suitable for you.
For a long time Comp 4 front and Comp 3 rear were considered the paramount FIM Enduro tyres. Although they are still some of the best tyres around, another combination has taken preference. Pairing Comp 6 front with Comp 3 rear is a combination perfect for UK forest type Enduro and Hare and Hounds and is the same set-up that the UK team riders currently use.
“The Comp 6 rear is great for slower extreme events due to softer sidewalls that make it impeccable on rocks and uneven ground. Couple this with a soft Michelin Bib Mousse held in place by two rims locks, and this is the ultimate extreme event set up."
