Dennis Schröter continues his dominance of the German Enduro Championship in Dahlen with a commanding win

Report: Denis Günther / Enduro.de

Making it three race wins on the bounce, Husqvarna’s Dennis Schröter remained fixed at the top of the overall standings in the German series.

With Dahlen’s muddy and slippery special tests a far cry from the sandy pastures of the opening round in Uelsen, Schröter failed to show any kink in his armour to his championship rivals.

Controlling the pace, he won all but one of the day’s 11 special tests to secure a 49-second margin of victory while also topping the Enduro 3 class standings.

Ensuring a carbon copy result of Uelsen, Davide von Zitzewitz (KTM) chased him home for second and also took the Enduro 2 category win.

As the only rider to wrestle a test win away from Schröter, Edward Hübner (KTM) completed the top three. His third place result also assured him victory in the Enduro 1 class.

Behind Hübner the remainder of the top five was filled out by E1 riders. Husqvarnas Derrick Görner boosted by a series of consistent rides edged out Yamaha’s Jonathan Rosse by eight seconds to snatch fourth.
