WALKER VS THE WORLD AT RED BULL 111 MEGAWATT

In less than 48 hours the return of Poland’s Red Bull 111 Megawatt will see Jonny Walker involved in another fight against the world of extreme enduro.
Taking place this weekend, Taddy Blazusiak’s signature event has been the latest addition to the new hard enduro world championship. Unfortunately the Polish extreme enduro legend won’t be able to compete this time as he’s been sidelined by a virus since the Red Bull Hare Scramble in June.
Blazusiak’s absence by no means won’t signify a lack of talent from the starting line in the coal mine of Belchatow. Along with Jonny Walker, who just needs victory at the Megawatt and Red Bull Sea to Sky to seal a hard enduro grand slam, Husqvarna’s Graham Jarvis and Alfredo Gomez will also lead the way.
This year the event has attracted competitors from 12 different countries with up to 700 riders putting their bikes and bodies to the test in the huge obstacles, steep climbs or drops and ferocious sprints of the Polish coal mine.
